Main objectives of the role:
 Maintaining: Quality, Safety & Environment systems within client’s Group
 Assuring support in all sites for continous improvement and harmonization

 

Mandatory requirements:

 University degree – food industry or chemistry or environmental safety;
 3-5 years experience in food or packaging or integrated systems management;
 Know systems like: ISO 9001;14001; OHSAS, BRC or similar FSSC 22K, IFS,FSC /PEFC is a plus;
 English level: writing, speaking, listening;
 Full initiatives, drive and commitment;
 Strong entrepreneurial drive with ability to take decision when is necessary;
 Continuous improvement approach;
 Full initiative, drive and personal commitment;
 High volume interpersonal skills, helping and building professional skills relationships
(internally, externally).

Responsibilities:
 Know and apply in implementation and maintaining QSE systems
 Cooperate and work together with other sites colleagues
 Established and implement at the group level best practices in regards of GMP /GHP /House
Keeping
 Established the internal audits planning within all group
 Established the action plan after audits and follow up action in each site
 Participate at the systems implementation in site/s where the changes appeared in regards of new
new lines, new factory, changes in systems requirements
 Participate at the risk assessment in regards of product safety, health & safety, environment
 Participate and elaborate reports with recommendation action in regards of risk assessment for
factory, people Health & Safety, Environment
 Active participation for the continous improvement whenever changes appeared
 Keep monitoring of Group indicators including action plan of improvement
 Comunicate and share KPI’s trend
 Manage implementation of Root Cause analyze for any nonconformities appeared on regards to
Quality, Environment, Safety
 Participate at the claims analyze, monitoring and follow up of effectiveness action
 Visit at certain frequency each site for internal evaluation and support
