For one of our client in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Global Leader for IT Business Applications Sales (SAP SD and others) to coordinate a team spread across several countries, including Romania, but with the main location in Timisoara.

Your tasks:

• You will be working within the support center in Timisoara, which operates and administers the company’s business divisions
• You will lead the global competence field of IT Business Application Sales, being responsible of a global team of 10 persons and the IT application in the area of Sales, like SAP SD and other applications
• You will be leading international projects, including preparing, coordinating and implementing of Sales Applications
• You will be responsible globally of the development/ improvements based on Business needs and company Standards in Sales Area
• You will have close collaboration with other global leaders in the business applications area, including other SAP modules

Your qualifications:

• Experience in leadership and project management in IT Business Applications, such as SAP
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related degree
• Advanced knowledge of business processes including sales, warehousing, purchasing, production
• Advanced knowledge in SAP SD, other Sales related applications is an advantage
• Advanced leadership and project management skills
• Very good communication skills, written and verbal, in English is required.
