The role of the HR Business Partner is to manage HR processes, procedures and policy development in Timisoara site in a way that provides for global organizational consistency as well as meeting local requirements.

The role aims also to support the CEO of the company through all HR strategy and intervention.

 

Primary responsibilities: 

  • Manage the Employee Engagement process, including managing analysis and presentation of results to the CEO and upper management
  • Carry out exit interviews
  • Career fairs – point of contact for university liaison and attendance at careers fairs
  • Oversee visa/ work permit process for international transfers
  • Manage addendum to employees contracts and go to person for medical, bank certificates and any HR papers
  • Instil best practice principles and latest thinking to all people across the company
  • Manage student internships
  • Manage new hire contracts
  • Act as an HR role model
  • Manage Settling-in Meeting for new members of staff
  • Ensure compliance to employment regulations
  • Manage disciplinary processes
  • Manage HR reports
  • Manage admin related tasks
  • Face to face communication with employees
  • Manage the compensation and benefits process on an annual basis including the review of Romanian compensation market data
  • Oversee a rigorous induction program so that all employees can be considered to have a shared high level of understanding of basic concepts in the company’s business
  • Support the update of the Internal Regulation process
  • Support the maternity and paternity briefings
  • Manage effective and efficient recruitment of top quality staff with a particular emphasis on the use of social media
  • Advising Department Managers on appropriate compensation packages for new hires and existing staff
  • Assist line managers to understand and implement HR policies and procedures as well as provide guidance where required
  • Delivery of HR related employee training

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in psychology or social sciences
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills
  • Ability to operate across and influence within a complex organizational structure
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR principles, policies and business concepts
  • Ability to prepare, analyse and interpret HR and operations analyses/ reports
  • Advanced English skills
