For one of our clients in the logistics & supply chain industry, we are searching for a Human Resources Manager to be based in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the local implementation of HR policies
• Coordinate HR activities and a team of 7 (supervise, motivate, develop competences etc.)
• Ensure the operational business needs are met in the area of responsibility
• Be part in strategical HR projects at country level: Employer branding, Talent Management, Employees Surveys, Development of company culture etc
• Coordinate the organisation of events for employees

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• A true and strategical business partner
• Strong experience in HR employee relations (work relations legislation) and HR Procedures
• Experience in recruitment, performance appraisal, design of training needs, employees’ surveys
• Dynamic person, passionate about human resources
