Logistic Manager – CLOSED

Turda, Cluj County

For one of our clients in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Logistic Manager to be located in Turda, Cluj County.

Tasks:

• Coordinates the team (production planning, warehouse, supply chain)
• Coordinates all necessary activities from the reception of order to delivery of final goods to clients: follows client orders, supply chain, planning, internal and external warehouse
• Maintains a good relationship with clients and suppliers
• Reviews/ approves monthly MPS, together with the team
• Checking orders/ sales volume
• IFS Logistic Key User, finds solutions for any issues
• Stock control
• Implements new logistics projects: stock reliability, transport optimization, handling goods packaging
• Follows that internal department procedures are respected (ISO/ TS)
• Prepares professional development plans for team members
• Follows department objectives achievement
• Department KPI achievement
• Establishes the required team members for the department

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (preferably in economics or technical universities)
• Minimum 5 years experience in a logistic department and at least 3 in managerial roles
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Good leadership skills, able to coordinate and be part of a team
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Language: English and Spanish (is a plus)
