For one of our client’s R&D Center in Timisoara we are looking for a Software Test Manager with experience in automotive/ embedded systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Estimate, plan and keep track of software testing project activities
• Define test strategies for each software testing phase of the project
• Create and maintain scripts for project metrics (Doors)
• Prepare project status reports
• Understand all the SW testing activities and be able to support on technical side

Technical Competence:

• Studies in a relevant specialisation (Informatics, Automation and Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication)
• Knowledge of project activities planning (Microsoft Project) would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of C programming language
• Knowledge of software testing methods (white box)
• Strong analytical and problem – solving skills
• Experience as SW Tester in automotive industry would be a plus
