Content Creation & Digital Marketing Responsible


Our client, is the leading international manufacturer and supplier of furniture fittings and architectural hardware is looking for  Content Creation & Digital Marketing Responsible. The main role is to create the content that you will deploy across the digital environment where the client is active.


Main Responsibilities & Tasks
 Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
 Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
 Apply various digital analytics and media tracking tools to generate reports on progress of work on social media.
 Develop short and long-form content for generating leads and awareness, including (but not limited to) website content, newsletters, press releases, promotional materials, and more.
 Assist with managing the company website, including writing content, curating content from internal and external authors, updating the editorial calendar, formatting and publishing content, and monitoring metrics.
 Optimize content according to SEO; ensuring that the content is in line with the strategic branding of the organization.
 Create e-mail marketing campaigns to promote products or services. Ensure marketing message conveys clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
 Monitoring and reporting on several email campaigns in order to guide developments or improvements.
 Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.

Academic and Professional Experience
 Bachelor’s degree preferably in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
 Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (i.e., b2b marketing, social media management, content development, website content management in a corporate, or agency setting).

Skills & Attributes
 Exceptional business writing skills and a strong grasp of grammar and style; can visualize as well as convey a message into a relevant and an interesting content format.
 Creative writing skills.
 Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
 Experience using various analytics software.
 Experience using one or more CMSs.
 Understanding of email marketing best practices and the ability to build effective email marketing campaigns.
 Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
