Tasks and responsibilities

Customer Care In General

• Data entry

• Verification / correction of data

• Processing of invoice documents

• Preparation of documents / correspondence In particular

• Handle master data changes in CRM

• Scanning and archiving

• Create technical interfaces for customers (

• Written business communication in English and German (standard files)

• Handle of returns (e-invoicing, newsletter, etc.)

Job profile 

Professional Competence

• 0-2 years of clerical experience

• Good verbal and written skills of communication

o English skills read and write proficiency

o German skills – read and write proficiency o Further language skills are a plus

• Good knowledge of MS-Excel, Computer skills, Customer Relation Management System ( CRM)

• Logical and analytical ability of thinking

• Affinity with numbers

Social Competence

• Flexible and customer-oriented approach

• Ability to work in a team as well as above-average commitment
