Job role:
• The marketing role: responsible for strategic direction, development and execution of the company’s marketing plans, work plans, developing the brands, annual profit and volume goals
• Build and enhance recognition of company’s brands and products
• Responsible for stakeholders relationship management
• Work closely with the President to define, implement and manage the marketing strategy for optimal performance and results
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to determine and highlight company’s key differentiators
• Work with Board of Directors to plan, create and launch creative campaigns and compelling stories around company’s announcements and initiatives that resonate with the audience
• Establish goals and create strategy in order to meet marketing deliverables and metrics; responsible for brand managers and trade marketing department
• Coordinate CMI department / Business Intelligence department, digital communication and PR activities
• Attend and speak at industry events to promote the company‘s brands
• Be an effective leader and ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven and goal-oriented

• Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, driving and implementing strategy
• Sales orientation
• University degree marketing courses / studies or related discipline
• MBA is an advantage
• 10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, especially with international brands or companies
• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
• Managing budgets / marketing suppliers / agencies
• Financial thinking / orientation
• Metric driven and have the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data
• Languages: Romanian, English – must
• Experience in building brand awareness, brand loyalty and recognition
• Entrepreneurial spirit and adapts well in a rapidly changing environment
• Creative and innovative
• Strong leadership and communication skills
