Our client, an internationally leading developer of intelligent driver-assistance technology and electronic mobility, is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager Romania, to be located in Timisoara.
Responsibility Coverage
Romania – all divisions and locations. Lead Compensation and Benefits program & projects in all plants & offices.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Provide inputs for creating a comprehensive C&B framework for Romania
- Coordinate with global HR-OD team to conduct job evaluation and manage promotion process for all Romania Non-manager staff (PC<52)
- Annual & Midyear merit increase /promotion increase guideline, implementation, calibration and review process for Non-managerial staff (PC<52)
- Compensation & Benefits operation compliance regular monitor
- Propose and regularly review benefits schemes for Romania cross-division synergy and competitiveness in the marketplace
- Coordinate with Romania division HRBPs for specific Compensation & Benefits project requirements and assistance
- Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data
- Manage ongoing relations with consultants and suppliers (benefits providers, insurance, etc)
- Responsible for relation with employee representatives for Internal Regulation and Collective Contract bargaining procedure
- Labor Law compliance follow up
- Manages expatriates employment/contract topics
- Coordinate the payroll and comp & ben team
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 5+ years Compensation & Benefits /HR Management working experience
- Project Management Knowledge
- Experience in operating in payroll/HRIS system environment (SAP,)
- Good understanding of government regulations and business acumen
- Strong logical thinking capability, ownership and sensitivity in data management
- Open-minded, service-minded, initiative and good team work spirit.
- Strong on Microsoft Office Applications, especially on Excel, PPT.
- Excellent English writing and speaking capability.
- Solid labor law knowledge
