On behalf of our client, the world’s leader in the field of metal injection molding for metal fabrication and 3D metal and plastic printing, we are looking for a Quality Manager to be located in our client’s plant 60km away from Budapest, Hungary.
General responsibilities:
- Staff in the area of quality assurance (quality technicians and operators) professional management
- Working closely with quality issues with suppliers, with customers and auditors
- Quality criteria, process definition, implementation, monitoring
- Introduction of new products, if you install a new production line design, validation, quality management processes
- Active participation in audits
- Developing, designing, developing efficient quality requirements
- Optimizing quality indicators, reduce error rates
- Action proposals developed by the auditors express an opinion on the quality, implementation of preventive and corrective
- Prevention of critical quality problems, respectively finding a solution
- Quality management of documents, preparation of documentation, control, development control processes
- FMEA, 8D, 5W, and other quality tools for the application
- The operation of the established quality management system.
Requirements
- Engineering qualification, quality assurance specialization
- Quality knowledge gained from at least 3 years in a production area
- Leadership skills, management experience in small groups
- Confident knowledge of English
- QS9001, ISO TS 16949 standard knowledge
- Dynamic personality
- Strong user-level computer skills
- Metallurgic, automotive manufacturing experience – highly appreciated.
