Quality Controller – CLOSED

For one of our clients, a research company with an well developed team in Timisoara, we are looking for a Quality Controller to be part of a newly formed standard team.
Position purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring and improving quality of the assessments of the standard and focused ratings teams and to contribute to the development and improvement of indicators.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing indicator assessments of standard and focused research models
- Collects ideas to improve the systematic application of current or new indicators
- Develops new (quantitative approaches) for quality review
- Works closely together with the QMT to measure and improve quality of the research
- Investigates internal and external complaints and non-conformance issues, identifies solutions
Qualifications:
- Master degree with relevant work experience (2+ years) in business process improvements and/ or business process quality management
- Quality Management certification, or willingness to achieve such certification, e.g. Six Sigma black belt
- Proven experience with project management
- Proficiency in the use of quality and process improvement tools and techniques
- Experience with quantitative data analysis
- Adaptable, creative, autonomous, quality driven personality and mindset
- Problem solving, client focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Coaching and training skills
- Proficient in the use of MS office
- Knowledge and understanding of the services industry is appreciated
- Work experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work towards strict deadlines and quality standards
- Strong analytical skills
