For one of our clients’ R&D division in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Domain Group Leader System Test, to be located in Timisoara.

Tasks:

• Build-up and guide the System Test department into a successful future
• Besides the strategic elements your main challenges will be to guide people and their competencies and to strengthen the collaboration with our global development partners and the local production site
• Resource Management related tasks like driving the evaluation, target setting, ensuring motivation and hiring process are naturally included
• As Domain Group Leader you are part of the local management team and contribute to the overall company direction

Qualifications:

• People, training and coaching skills
• Technical automotive background and as well as experience in leading a system test team in both knowledge and project related tasks
• Proven experience in system test including:
  • functional test of requirements (depth knowledge of test techniques and methodologies)
  • running of qualification test based on international/ customer standards
  • definition of production test steps
  • building of test equipment (specification, parts acquisition, assembly and start up)
• Desirable is budget management and handling of test equipment (specification, parts order, assembly, startup and maintenance)
• Advanced English and communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience in automotive customers and working with distributed team in different locations should be given as well
• Also important are proactive, motivating attitude and teamwork skills
• Results/ solution oriented behavior is expected
