For one of our clients’ R&D division in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Domain Group Leader Software Development, to be located in Timisoara.

The role will be focused on building-up and guiding a System and Software Development department into a successful future.

Besides the strategic elements your main challenges will be to guide people and their competencies and to strengthen the collaboration with our global development partners.

Resource Management related tasks like driving the evaluation, target setting, ensuring motivation, hiring process and budget management are naturally included.

As Domain Group Leader you are part of the local management team and contribute to the overall company direction.

Qualifications:

• In order to be successful in this position you must have people, leadership and coaching skills
• You also need technical automotive background for leading a development group on equipment, knowledge and project related aspects
• You should have advanced English, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience in automotive customer handling and working with distributed team in different locations should be given as well
• Also important are proactive, motivating attitude and teamwork skills
• Results/ solution oriented behavior is expected
