Project Manager EPC – CLOSED

For one of our clients, a large international company acting as major EPC player in water and water waste infrastructure development field, we are looking for a Project Manager EPC to be located in Bucharest.

Main requests are:

• University degree (Engineering, Construction, Economics)
• Fluent in English an Romanian both writing and reading
• Very good communication skills
• Leadership and proactive attitude
• General professional experience for at least 15 years
• Experience in management surveys (water, wastewater and landfills) for at least 5 years
• Experience as Team Leader or Project Coordinator in Technical Assistance projects, regarding Financing Applications and Tender Documents for Water & Wastewater infrastructure in Regional Development Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for estimating costs and planning activities
• Responsible for ensuring the best value obtained from project suppliers  and subcontractors
• Writing detailed and summarised project progress reports
• Tracking activities against the detailed project basis
• Overall responsibilities for the service contract management
• Responsible with the Project Surveys Management according the Contract
• Coordinates the Design and Technical Assistant activities of the Designer
• Represents the Company in relationship with all parties involved in the Project
• Organizes the team, coordinates the activities on ensuring the necessary facilities on performing the Contract
• Instruct the team regarding their tasks and ensures that the expert responsibilities and duties are clearly defined
• Manages the entire project documentation, including minutes of meetings, site log-books, internal and external reports, according the contract requirements
• Draft proposal and recommendation for activity improvement
• Any other activity needed for the full professional management and control on the project, all in accordance with the Contract requirements
