For one of our clients, a top multinational company in the research industry, we are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to be located in Bucharest.
Position purpose:
For our client hiring and developing is part of their core leadership principles, and recruitment plays an integral role shaping their talent pool. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR Team. It is a new role, where their new colleague will have a great deal of autonomy to build up this function but with the aid of the current team at hand. You will work as a strategic partner to their business, defining recruiting plans, and owning the recruitment process end to end in collaboration with your hiring manager.

The ideal candidate will have tacit experience in IT recruitment and is interested over time to expand their recruitment expertise to other functional domains and other HR domains if so interested.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads hiring projects, sourcing, screening, interviewing and on-boarding
- Build and maintain partnership with Business Leaders and/ or hiring Managers to define and deliver recruitment requirements aligned to business needs
- Interact with global HR team based to drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics
- Prepare job ads and post them on various jobs platforms, follow the applications received, validate candidates with the team
- Seek out emerging technologies and implementing best practices
- Highly skilled at cultivating long term relationships with prospective candidates, providing a positive experience to every individual, and finding the right match between candidate, opportunity, and the business
- Represents the company at industry events, conferences and networking groups, and builds a pipeline of future available professionals
- Overtime, depending on interest, might evolve into other HR domains and participate in influencing and implementing the global HR hiring strategy
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is a genuine team player who can reach objectives individually as well as through close collaboration and coordination with other team members, who are located all over the world
- Academic degree in a relevant discipline (business, psychology etc.)
- 5 to 8 years work experience, of which at least 3 years in the IT industry
- Experience building and executing recruiting strategy
- Experience working with tools used in recruiting, including resume databases and internet sourcing tools
- Organizational sensitivity; demonstrates understanding of multi-cultural and multi-country organizations and the ability to interface at all level of the organizations
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and confidence to influence and build proactive working relationships at all levels
- Efficient, flexible, well organized team-player with a high level of integrity
- Demonstrates passion for innovative HR recruitment solutions and process improvements
- Fluency in English is a must.
