HR Business Partner – Closed

For one of our clients in the Pharma industry, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team in Timisoara.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Implement the HR strategy together with the company management team and National HR Manager
  • Act as a consultant for the local management team (in people and processes related matters, local market knowledge)
  • Develop, implement and act on the company’s internal procedures and programs
  • Analyze, coordinate and execute recruitment and selection process
  • Analyze, coordinate and execute a variety of HR activities (performance appraisals, trainings, knowledge sharing, etc.)
  • Take part in the company promotional activities (cooperation with local universities, social events and initiatives, social networks etc.)
  • Organize corporate events
  • Create periodical reports and forecasts regarding the recruitment projects and other processes

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ year of experience in HR
  • University degree in Psychology or other formal education in the field of HR
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Open-minded, proactive and self-driven
  • Able to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input
  • Independent thinker and with a result driven attitude
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English (upper intermediate)
