HR Business Partner – Closed
Timisoara
For one of our clients in the Pharma industry, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team in Timisoara.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Implement the HR strategy together with the company management team and National HR Manager
- Act as a consultant for the local management team (in people and processes related matters, local market knowledge)
- Develop, implement and act on the company’s internal procedures and programs
- Analyze, coordinate and execute recruitment and selection process
- Analyze, coordinate and execute a variety of HR activities (performance appraisals, trainings, knowledge sharing, etc.)
- Take part in the company promotional activities (cooperation with local universities, social events and initiatives, social networks etc.)
- Organize corporate events
- Create periodical reports and forecasts regarding the recruitment projects and other processes
Requirements:
- 4+ year of experience in HR
- University degree in Psychology or other formal education in the field of HR
- Excellent organizational skills
- Open-minded, proactive and self-driven
- Able to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input
- Independent thinker and with a result driven attitude
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (upper intermediate)
