Head of IT Client Operations

Timisoara

Our client, international  German automotive part supplier is looking for a Head of IT Client Operations to be based in Timisoara.

Your tasks:
 Management of global IT Base Operations (User and Device Management, Ext. Services, ITSM, Service Desk, Support, …)
 Leading an international Team of several global Competence Fields
 Define, implement and maintain future oriented Client Workplace landscape
 Project Management / Technical IT Coordination
 Global Client Standardization
 License & Contract Management
 Service Provider Management
 Ensure Process and Governance compliance
 Budget Responsibility / Support of Ordering Processes
 Service and Cost Model Definition

Requirements
 Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable
 Broad technical knowledge in all ITC disciplines
 Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
 Extensive project management experience with international teams
 Analytical and structured working style, but still with hands-on mentality
 Strong communication skills in dealing with all management levels and cultures
 Fluent in English, German language desirable
