Customer Support Specialists – Russian – CLOSED
Timisoara, Romania
For one of our clients, a digital service provider, we are looking for several Customer Support Specialists with Russian to be located in Timisoara, Romania.
Multi-tasking may be a challenge for some, but if it’s your kind of challenge, this job may be perfect for you. As a Customer Support Specialist you’ll be a problem-solver, device & software technician and more – all while being positive and professional. And you’ll also be a hero when you solve our customer’s challenges.
What our Customer Support Specialists do (among other things):
- 1st level IT support for our client’s employees
- Classic Hardware (PC, monitors, printers)
- Specific Hardware (cash tills, card printers)
- Office tools and apps (OS W7, Open office, Gmail)
- Networking (Lan, Wan)
- Local applications
- Identifying, handling and solving the requests
- Identifying and escalation of Massive Incidents
- Backlog follow-up
- Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Spoken languages: fluent Russian and at least medium English
- Experience with diagnosing and resolving technical issues is a plus, but not mandatory
- Customer oriented, interpersonal skills, listening skills, analytical skills and team spirit
- Availability to work in day shifts
