We are looking for an operations wizard ( Director of Operations for an IT&C company located in Bucharest – up to 100 awesome employees).

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Has had significant Profit and Loss (P & L) responsibility at the executive level.
Knows the general human resources related compliance requirements and if you do not have the answers, you know where to find them.
A degree in program management, business or public administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related fields.
Has at least 5 years experience overseeing the operations of a growing origination from startup to IPO or beyond.
Minimum of five (5) years of recent overall project management experience, Experience may be considered equivalent if experience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility, A Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) can be used in lieu of the educational requirements.
Has managed the full employee life cycle for teams or departments, with complex matrixes, or understands how they work.
Has the experience of developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Microsoft office-related tasks.
