For our client’s fast growing Technical Center in Timisoara / Romania we are looking for a senior Hardware
Knowledge Team Leader within the Design & Development Department.

Tasks:

• Mentor, support and steer hardware developers on technical topics and tasks
• Plan and track trainings and activities
• Coordinate people‘s technical integration and evolution
• Analyze system requirements, design and simulate/test electronic modules
• Generate and design documentation
• Realize worst case analysis and calculations and perform FMEA
• Be involved in specific functional safety tasks
• Estimate, plan and track tasks within international teams

Technical Competence:

• Working experience with Spice based simulation programs
• Knowledge of embedded hardware design and analogical and digital circuits’ development
• Knowledge in power semiconductor switches and automotive interfaces (e.g. CAN/ LIN)
• Appropriate expertise in automotive electronics
• Technical knowledge about actuators, position sensors and optic sensors represent an advantage
• Good understanding of V-cycle development methodology
• Good level of working English
