Legal Adviser (Jurist) – CLOSED

Timisoara, Romania

For our client, a multinational company in the Agribusiness industry, we are looking for a Legal Adviser (Jurist) to join a challenging, growing and dynamic team in Timisoara.

Daily tasks:

• Elaboration of legal documents: notifications, addresses, contracts etc.
• Dealing with all files and documents that are required for APIA
• Working on the field and dealing with the small farmers
• Keeping a close contact with APIA and other authorities required for the agribusiness field
• Archives relevant Legal documentation
• Research on various legal topics/ issues
• Updates Legal department databases
• Respects deadlines and standard quality terms
• Follows normative acts occurred and announces the changes

Requirements:

• University Graduate – Law Studies
• Good command of English (written & spoken), Italian Language is a plus
• Good legal knowledge – Civil Law and Commercial Law
• Legal background (1-2 years of experience in an internal legal department of a company or a notary/law office)
• Very good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Team player
• Available to work under pressure and over time
• Integrity, highly responsible
• Available to work on the field
• Good communication skills and ability to deal with the small farmers
• Driving license B category
