For our client’s fast growing Technical Center in Timisoara / Romania we are looking for a Mechanical Design Domain Group Leader in order to build-up and guide the department into a successful future.

Summary:

• Besides the strategic elements your main challenges will be to guide people and their competencies and to strengthen the collaboration with the global development partners and the local production site.
• Resource Management related tasks like driving the evaluation; target setting and hiring process are naturally included.
• As Domain Group Leader you are part of the local management team and contributing to the overall Technical Center direction.

Skills:

• In order to be successful in this position you must have training and coaching skills.
• You also need technical automotive background as well as experience in leading a mechanical design team.
• You should have advanced English and communication / presentation skills.
• Experience in customer and supplier handling should be given.
• Also important are proactive, motivating attitude and teamwork skills. You should also be a results oriented person.
