Plant Controller – CLOSED

Turda

For one of our clients, a multinational automotive company, we are looking for a Plant Controller to be located in Turda, Cluj County, Romania.

Tasks:

• To act as support to Plant General Director and provide operational and strategic guidance
• Provide financial, costing and business analysis, revision of daily, weekly and monthly results, detection, explanations and corrections of deviations to budget and forecasts
• Analysis of special projects and follow up of investment evaluation
• Ensure that accounting practices are in compliance with relevant standards and governmental regulations
• Preparation and follow up of KPIs and recommendations of improvements
• Ensure the timely and accurate reports to management
• Key communication source for the business of all aspects including organizational aspects
• Use of business analytics in improvements of operations
• Coach, teach and assist of IFS ERP and propose improvements
• Preparation of annual budgets and revision of forecasts
• Workflow analysis of functions of personnel
• Follow up of weekly cash flow forecasts
• Follow up and control and application of improvements in working capital (inventory)
• Control of margins by products

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance or business
• Minimum 5 years experience in roles of controller. Prior 2 years in audit.
• Manufacturing and costing experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong collaboration skills and be part of a team
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Language: English and Spanish (is a plus)
