Production and Quality Supervisor Romania – CLOSED

On behalf of our client, international player in design, engineering, prototyping and producer for the most prestigious Italian/ UK brands – exclusively for main lines and range runways for Women and Men, we are looking for a Production & Quality Supervisor Romania (North – East).
Key Responsibilities:
- Middle level position with operational functions: management/ negotiation/ auditing for the production chains engaged
- Presidium and relationship with the owners
- Technical understanding of the overall manufacturing and quality processes
- Check production chain according to specifications
- Set daily/ weekly/ monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Responsible for adjusting the fit testing process to new product lines and business necessities
- Lead one direct report and provide guidance and expertise to the global Development and Commercialisation teams
- Direct report to General Director and Production Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
- 5+ years proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
- Products knowledge
- Willingness to travel weekly (Romania North-East)
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Fluency in English and in Italian
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills – Focus on solutions
