For one of our clients, a multinational company specialized in the development, manufacturing and worldwide distribution of analytical instruments for milk and milk products, we are looking for several Sales Managers.
The Sales Managers will be responsible for direct sales to farms and for the establishment and servicing of a farm dealer network in the territory assigned to them.
Main responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the full range of agricultural equipment offered by the company
- Attend sales meetings with clients and weekly meetings with the Country Manager
- Maintain sales activity records and carry out reports on sales meetings
- Participate at trade fairs, seminars or farmer meetings in order to promote the full range of agricultural equipment offered by the company
- Assist with other jobs within the company such as marketing tasks (preparation of advertising) or stock counts from time to time
In order to be successful in this position, you need to have:
Technical Competence:
- Previous sales experience in the Romanian market (5 years or more), preferably selling livestock handling equipment in the Romanian market
- Hold a University degree such as Agricultural Engineering/ Zoo technic/ Veterinary Medicine or related field
- Proven experienced in making presentations, speaking at seminars and conferences
- Good level of working English
- Hold a valid driving license and be ready to travel all over Romania and Moldavia
